美国研究诚信办公室（ORI）发布《最终规则指引文件》

2025 年 6 月起，美国卫生和公共服务部（Department of Health and Human Services, HHS）研究诚信办公室（Office of Research Integrity，ORI）开始分阶段发布《最终规则指引文件》（Final Rule Guidance Documents），包括政策范本、实施指南及关键主题领域等基本资源，以支持美国公共卫生署（Public Health Service，PHS）资助的机构落实2024年修订的《公共卫生署关于科研不端行为政策》（Public Health Service Policies on Research Misconduct），即“最终规则”。
